Too filthy to touch, even to wipe down w/lysol

I was very disappointed with the condition of the game console, it was too filthy to even touch. I will have to find rubber gloves to even wipe it off. Thus far we haven't used it to see if it works. I am severely disappointed in this condition considering how much we paid for it, they could have at least cleaned it. What a rip off!!!!! I can't take a photo because I refuse to take it out of the box. As soon as I get a choice to clean it.
